Meet Orion Love.

I was born in Delta and spent my early years in Colorado before my family moved around the country, from the East Coast to the West Coast. In 2010 we came back to the valley, and I’ve been here since. After living in a lot of places, I can say the landscape here is one of a kind, and I don’t take it for granted.

Before real estate, I spent almost ten years building custom cabinetry. That work teaches you to take pride in quality and to notice the details most people walk past. I bring the same habits to selling a home: careful preparation, attention to how a house presents, and doing things properly rather than quickly.

I focus on sellers for a personal reason too. I have kids, and working with sellers lets me build my schedule around the time I get with them. Having moved so often growing up, I also know how much a move asks of a family.

What I want to give every seller is a clear path.

That means knowing where the home stands, what is worth doing before it goes live, and what happens at each step through closing. You do not have to be ready to list to start that conversation.
